The ACA series products of Conch Venture New Materials Company are green boards made from selected imported virgin pulp fibers, Portland cement, and other materials. They are produced through technologies including precise batching, Five-Hatschek Wire Forming Process or flowcasting process, high-pressure densification (high-density board) with a 14,000-ton press, and high-temperature & high-pressure autoclaving curing. With a sheet size of up to 1220*4880mm, it is a new type of building and decoration material that integrates multiple properties: energy conservation and environmental protection, fire resistance, water and moisture resistance, corrosion and moth resistance, thermal insulation, light weight and high strength, sound insulation and absorption, good weather resistance, strong earthquake resistance, and easy construction. It is widely used in external wall insulation and decoration, internal wall decoration and protection, wall material linings, ceilings, floor slabs, billboards, cabin partitions, fireproof boards, furniture partitions, and post-processing fields such as painting, perforation, and embossing.
The product launched by Conch Venture New Materials Company is no longer a traditional cement board. It inherits the water and corrosion resistance advantages of cement while overcoming the drying shrinkage defect of ordinary cement products. Additionally, the board contains zero benzene, no formaldehyde, and 100% no harmful substances such as asbestos, making it a new building material with excellent performance and wide applicability.
ACB board, also known as crystalline silica-free carbon-negative fiber board, is a newly developed green product of our company. It is made from self-developed special materials, imported pulp fibers, quartz sand (free of crystalline silica), and other components. The ingredients are accurately measured, uniformly mixed, and formed through the Hatsheck or flow-casting process, then compacted by a 14,000-ton press.Adopting the "zero-carbon production + carbon absorption" technology, and validated by product carbon footprint certification, the full life cycle CO2 emissions of 1 m2 ACB board (silica-free carbon-negative board) (based on 6mm thickness) are -0.46 kgCO2e.
