Recently, Hang Heng Index (HSI) published stock review results which showed that Conch Venture was selected to be a constituent stock of Hang Seng mainland 100 index. The results will take effect after the close of the market on 6 June 2016. This is the second time when Conch Venture was selected by HSI since the last time, 9 June 2014.?

HSI is the most influential index in Hong Kong which is the important index of stock price of Hong Kong. Hang Seng mainland 100 consists of the 100 companies whose turnover mainly comes from mainland, China, and those companies’?market value are the biggist. Therefor, Hang Seng mainland 100 provide a index which can totally measure the performance of mainland corporations whose shares are listing in Hong Kong.
Conch Venture was listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 19 December 2013. After the listing, Conch Venture has accelerated the development of energy-saving and environmental-protection industrials and maintained the steady development trend.

During 2015, Conch Venture recorded a turnover of approximately RMB 2,057?million representing an increase of 17.71%. Net profit from principal businesses attributable to equity shareholder of the Company amounted to approximately 404 million, representing an increase of 56.67%.
Since the new year has come, Conch Venture has aquired lots of contracts of great furnace projects such as projects in Susong, Huoqiu of Anhui Province, Shache, Bole of XInjiang Province and solid and hazardous waste treatment?projects such as projects in Li County, Shimen of Hunan Province, Huaibei, Wuhu of Anhui Province.

So far, projects of waste treatment are up to 40, among which, Shimen, Qiyang of Hunan Province and Shuicheng of Guizhou Province had completed the construction, solid and hazardous waste treatment projects are up to 18. 8 projects are under the construction, 14 projects are waiting for approval, and there are also dozens of projects with intention to enter into contracts.
Conch Venture was recognized by investors from domestic and overseas markets with its rapid development. It is selected by HSI this time means that it has good performance and great potential and also shows the high attention from capital market.
